MacBook Repair Time

How long will it take to repair your MacBook? It depends on the problem of course. We invite our customers to come in so we can check our their MacBook first. After assessment we will in most cases have a pretty good idea of what we are facing as far as the repair is concerned. If the problem is simply a battery, we can usually install a new battery while our customers wait. If we are facing something more difficult, we will have the customer check the MacBook in for diagnostics or part replacement. It ususally takes 2 to 3 business days for complete diagnostics. In that time in many cases we can fix the problem. If a little more time is required we contact our customers and let them know what we found, and what we are doing to correct the problems. We also will at that time give a repair estimate, and if approved we will install replacement parts, or we may need to order them.

We carry in stock most common MacBook repair parts, such as keyboards, batteries, and screens, as well as Magsafe boards, fans, hard drive cables, hard drives, and other commonly used replacement parts. We understand many of our customers need their MacBooks repaired fast, and we offer our express service, and can in many cases repair a broken MacBook within 24 hours unless we need to order parts. The cost of the express service is $40 for us to begin repair immediately.

We have been servicing MacBooks / and of course Powerbooks since 1996, and have serviced thousands of Apple machines in that time. We will do our very best to perform repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible so our customers can have their MacBooks back, and get back to work. We are willing to accomodate special requests, and have the ability and experience to handle tought repairs, and answer tough questions.
